These terms govern your use of corsairfunding.com, operated by Corsair Funding (“Corsair,” “we,” “us”). Using the site means you accept them. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site.
What this site is
This site is informational. It describes commercial financing products that may be arranged through Corsair and lets you submit an inquiry. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to arrange financing, a rate quote, or a guarantee of approval, amount, speed, or terms. Figures such as funding ranges and typical timelines describe how these products generally work; your file gets its own numbers after review.
Corsair is a broker, not a lender
Corsair Funding is not a lender. Financing is arranged through a network of third-party funding partners. All products, amounts, rates, and terms are subject to application, qualification, and underwriting review by those partners. Not all applicants will qualify. Any agreement you sign is between you and the funding partner extending the offer, on that partner’s terms — read it before you sign it.
Business-purpose financing only
The products described here are for business purposes. They are not consumer loans, and consumer credit protections that apply to personal lending may not apply. By submitting an inquiry you represent that you are seeking financing for a business you are authorized to represent, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Content on this site is general information, not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Talk to your own advisors before taking on any financing obligation.
Acceptable use
Don’t submit false information, don’t probe or disrupt the site, don’t scrape the forms, and don’t use the site for anything unlawful. We may refuse service to any inquiry at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The Corsair Funding name, mark, and the content of this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corsair Funding and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including decisions made based on general product descriptions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
